    WASHINGTON, D.C. — Mr. Allan L. Pitcher, age 94 years, of Washington, D.C., died March 24 at the MedStar Washington Hospital Center after a brief illness. He was the husband of the late Achsah (Darnell) Pitcher. Born in Lynn, he was the son of the late George and Helen (Lothrop) Pitcher. He attended Lynn schools and graduated from Lynn Classical High School, Class of 1942. After earning a degree in civil engineering in 1950, Allan went to work for Boeing Aircraft Company and later for the Neareast Foundation in Northern Iran.
