    EAST GREENWICH, R.I. — Henry S. Rice, Jr., 89 of East Greenwich, RI, formerly of Florida and Salem, MA passed away January 7, 2012. He was the husband of Doris B. (Bernier) Rice. Born in Salem, MA, he was the son of the late Henry and Helen (Gilliland) Rice. Henry attended Oberlin College and later graduated from Tufts University. He was a chemist for Uniroyal working in the Research and Development department.
